After your 3-month preview period (or May 31, 2026, whichever comes first), your account transitions to the free tier unless you choose a paid plan. The free tier includes 50 watermarked documents per month. You keep all your templates and settings. We'll send reminders well in advance.

Rynko generates PDF and Excel documents from the same template. Design once in the visual designer, then choose the output format per request. PDFs support charts, barcodes, and fillable form fields; Excel workbooks support native formulas, named ranges, and cell formatting.

Templates support 28 component types including text, headings, tables, images, columns, loops, and conditionals, plus 8 chart types, 10 barcode formats, and 9 PDF form field types. Rich text (TextRuns), JavaScript expressions, and native Excel formulas are all supported.

Each PDF or Excel file generated via the API counts as one document. Batch requests count each document in the batch separately.

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

You can purchase one-time credit packs (500 or 2,500 docs) or upgrade to a higher plan. Document credits never expire while your account is active.

Documents are stored for 3 days on all plans. After that, they're automatically deleted. You can download documents via signed URLs during this period.

Environments let you organize templates, API keys, and assets into separate isolated spaces. Use them to separate staging from production, manage different clients, or organize by project. Each environment has its own API keys and isolated data.

Yes! Invite project members with role-based access control. Viewers can see templates, Editors can create and modify them, Admins can manage project members, and Owners have full control including billing. Project member limits vary by plan.

Form fields allow you to create fillable PDF forms with text inputs, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns, date fields, and signature placeholders. This feature is available on all paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Scale).
